Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友推介這家吃小炒的中菜館,今晚一行6人,點了很多個菜式,樣樣精彩。最精彩的要算是這道魚米之鄉,選用新鮮海杉斑,很入味,要用上如此大條的魚才有這麼多斑頭腩肉。真的非常大條,以兩味的食法,先是炆斑頭腩,然後第二味是濃味鮮魚湯浸魚片,再有上面放下脆米粒,味道真的不同凡響,驚喜非常。金薯安格斯牛肉粒又是一絕,那金薯其實就是炸脆了的薯仔粒,很是香口。然後再點了一個羊腩煲,味道很好,據說是用新鮮羊烹調的,所以鮮味十足,羊肉很軟熟,沒有一點羶味。
