To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午間行過太子花墟,打開Open rice 有乜好介绍,發覺永興都幾多好評,行入去做左安心出行,揾個卡位坐抵,店内食客唔多,光猛企理,環境舒服,有個帶鄉音阿姐走埋黎同我做埋針卡,超nice👍,因為好多時自己做車前倒後都嘟唔到。叫左個全日推介Baked Pork Chop in Toast Box連羅宋湯$70,凍飲加$10。紅湯先到, 樣子一般般啦,入口甘甜有雜菜味,蔬菜煲得頗淋正合羅宋湯的煮法,湯中有牛腩,成個湯有中上水準,酸、甜、辣味各有各精彩,加上少少牛腩的騷味。喝完湯,個焗豬扒又到了,上枱presentation 可打卡的,蕃茄、豬扒帶有少許金黃濃邊舖滿吐司面上,吐司份量足有未切的6、7塊,吐司皮金黃脆皮,份量可足二人。吃完個飯,非常飽但也要試下鬆脆吐司,白的吐司肉,軟绵有筋性,外皮很脆,不是隔夜貨式。最後一提是店内環境實在比一般的港式店濶寬舒適,值得在此歇一歇腳。
