To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

凡事總有第一次,今晚,PJ發生了好幾個;第一次參加窮L飯局; 第一次食到一些超創新配搭菜式;第一次來這間飯店;也是第一次來渡船角這帶尋食。是晚4圍窮L 一齊團年,又熱又鬧,精采到呢!這裡出名燒鵝,斷估其燒味應該有番咁上下。先來個拼盤,燒肉皮脆,叉燒肥瘦適中,油雞滑亦入味,至於燻蹄~ 我對面位窮L兄笑說話有陣臭腳味,即係夠味la,good。聽聞這裏的燉湯亦出名,八大盅沙參生魚湯4 圍窮L分,味鮮,我飲了三大碗,阿J 就比條生魚賣相嚇親...接住連黎幾個小菜;百花釀豆腐- 先不要看賣相,蝦膠彈牙,豆腐連個汁餸飯一流,廿九幾隻手舉起叫"靚仔",壯觀。豉汁蒸鱔- 新鮮肥美,豉汁香,阿J 今次就比個鱔魚頭嚇親...跟住呢味夠哂新鮮感,真係估你唔到廚房大佬;豆苗我食得多,搭潤腸就真係一次,又幾夾喎,學到野喇。接著呢味都係不要看表面,蒜汁蝦球- 肉爽有蝦味,大大隻,加埋個香濃蒜汁,又係註定同白飯成一對的組合,廿九幾隻手又再擧起... 今次無野嚇親阿J,只係個汁佢無興趣。估計這裡盛產蝦,今晚第三道菜用上它做主角- 炸蝦餅,火喉炸得剛好,蝦餅彈牙香囗,嗜蝦的我食得樂在其中,但不好熱氣炸物的阿J 就繼續埋

窮L飯局果然唔係浪得虛名,咁多野食每人都係$200,服!仲要有抽獎環節,中獎與否事小,看到一眾窮L們的興奮神情就已值回票價了,我仲要有份參與其中,你話爽唔爽!十多年前PJ 因為鍾意周圍食而認識了一班志同道合的Openricer,十年磨一劍,現在的他們有些已是獨當一面的人氣blogger,衷心多謝南瓜兄的安排。
