脆卜卜嘅鱈魚乾上面搽咗一層柔滑嘅鵝肝mousse,再鋪上海膽,配搭新鮮,味道口感層次豐富🌈


⭕️ 黑松露松葉蟹蒸蛋
聞到好香嘅松露味,呢個蒸蛋同平時食開嘅更加滑溜🥚


⭕️ 味噌湯 | 榛子雪糕


就算呢一個係最平嘅set我都食到超飽的呢🐖 今次omakase又可以同師傅傾偈互動,次次都可以學到野🤓滿足滿足🙆🏻‍♀️
