To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友推薦下來了一試這間餐廳的Tasting Menu,地點好方便就喺蘭桂坊入邊,中環收工嘅話行過去都幾快。特登揀星期一去,想要靜靜地咁享受二人晚餐,因為星期五蘭桂坊一定超多人。~Chef's Appetizer 前菜為枝豆,爽脆嫩綠,佐酒不錯。刺身方面,迷你吞拿魚沙律口感鮮嫩,吞拿魚刺身色澤粉紅,魚油滿滿,都很不錯~接下來是Joe's Signature Sushi ,個人非常鍾意炸壽司飯上面擺滿辣吞拿魚蓉的菜式,香口有新意,北海道海膽就好鮮甜,而深海池魚爽彈爽彈的~一向都唔鍾意紫蘇葉,見到呢度天婦羅係用紫蘇葉包起再炸,本來想枱嘅時候好擔心,點知食完之後出乎意料地好鍾意,紫蘇葉炸完之後脆卜卜,可以解膩同時,又為單純的魚味加入獨特嘅紫蘇葉香氣。~在主菜方面,龍蝦湯稻庭烏冬非常濃郁,天婦羅蝦同樣都係炸得外皮香脆,浸泡落龍蝦湯入邊一陣之後,有種平時麵包浸西湯嘅感覺,幾有趣。~最後嘅甜品幾有驚喜,有水果有雪芭有雪糕,好豐富,而且黑芝麻雪糕口感細膩順滑,為晚餐很好地收結。
