聽過螺螄粉呢樣嘢好耐,成日聽見傳聞係好臭,所以一直都唔敢試🤣呢日經過呢間喺堅尼地城嘅螺螄粉店,門口竟然聞唔到任何臭味😳就決定要搵日嚟試吓呢間餐廳除咗螺螄粉之外,仲有幾款唔同嘅粉麵,有撈嘅桂林米粉同埋牛骨原湯拉麵🐮估唔到仲有螺螄飯添,配菜方面就主要係牛腩、牛肉、肥腸、豬手等,有一款比較特別嘅鍋燒,即係炸咗嘅豬頸肉🐷既然嚟到就梗係要挑戰吓螺螄粉,我哋分別叫咗牛肉螺螄粉($52)同埋肥腸螺螄粉($52),兩款都係要咗BB辣🌶️碗麵嚟到嘅時候見到紅噹噹,都有少少驚一驚,好在食落又唔係好辣,出奇地真係冇咩臭味😆入邊嘅粉就有啲似米線,都幾爽口煙韌,配料方面就有炸腐皮、田螺、酸筍、花生、木耳絲、生菜等,都幾豐富,牛肉同肥腸嘅份量都幾多😗個人就比較鍾意肥腸,滷得幾入味,餐牌仲有好多其他配料可以加,我就加咗招牌嘅炸蛋($12)同埋豆腐串($8),炸蛋炸到蓬鬆酥脆🍳同豆腐串一樣都索晒啲湯汁精華,唔夠飽嘅話呢度仲可以免費加粉添🤓呢度加配嘢飲都唔係好貴,豆漿、酸梅湯等跟餐都係+$6,算係幾抵食😎
