招牌鍋燒桂林米粉 + 豬皮怕辣既我叫左BB辣剛剛好隨麵已經有炸既連皮豬頸肉係乾撈麵再配碗湯係食完麵後飲湯係重胡椒味再帶少許中藥味, 飲唔慣直接食一半時倒落去變湯麵都唔錯豬皮又入味又淋, 夾埋莞茜食係絕配呀!虎皮豬手螺螄粉+炸蛋加上酸筍、木耳、花生、油炸腐竹虎皮豬手其實係豬蹄先炸得透徹, 再以滷水煮入味 做到皮酥肉糯既效果, 軟到有少少難夾起!螺螄粉無坊間既咁臭但仍然係好惹味, 特別係食完唔口渴識食一定要叫隻炸蛋嗦湯黎食凍豆漿唔會太甜, 入口順滑酸梅湯覺得還可以, 但份量有點小, 下次會選擇第樣飲品 continue reading
