福建沿海,菜式以海鮮為主,味道其實幾啱香港人口味,不過喺香港專門食福建菜嘅餐廳唔多,當中港人最熟悉就係莆田,最近仲有大閘蟹食添,就趁機去食番餐。【油煎大閘蟹】大閘蟹來自江蘇,都幾大隻,膏多肉甜。煮法有清蒸、油煎、熟醉三種口味,我哋揀咗油煎,油香十足,幾有特色。【酒香竹筒蝦】竹筒裡面有熱湯浸住隻蝦,湯帶淡淡酒香,蝦大隻又爽彈。【閩南姜母鴨】用煲上熱辣辣,鴨皮帶脂肪,鴨肉去晒骨又嫩滑。本身唔係咁鍾意食薑,但食落幾惹味又幾特別。 薑可以驅寒,配搭大閘蟹食都唔錯!【砂鍋黃花魚湯】奶白色魚湯夠晒營養,黃花魚魚肉鮮甜,仲有豆腐、杞子等等,用料豐富。【酥炸冰心榴蓮】酥炸脆皮裡面係軟滑榴蓮雪糕同鮮果肉,榴蓮控必食。餐廳仲有大閘蟹套餐,下次可以同班friend嚟食~
