To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都好想去重慶大廈食咖哩，但唔知食邊間又唔識路🤔一次既突然之約就入左去珍珠皇宮，老闆識講廣東話之餘仲好好客。意外地有一種小店既人情味係入面。‣ Masala Dosa ⋆ $75見佢係餐牌封面而我又未試過就叫左，原來係一款南印度既小食，外面係一大塊米餅，中間有洋蔥薯仔。原本係唔辣既，不過可以蘸旁邊既醬汁食，香味都有所提升‣ Butter Chicken ⋆ $108‣ Garlic Naan ⋆ $28咖哩好香甜，味道正宗但未至於驚喜，雞肉份量好多，整體都推介！薄餅揀左蒜味，夠哂重口味😂亦係印尼咖哩既prefect combo🥘.‣ Mutton Biryani ⋆ $118呢款係咖哩羊肉炒飯，一樣地羊肉份量好多無羶味🥹而炒飯香料味比較重，相信佢無為香港人作食譜既改良，想食正宗既就試啦😎.‣ Gajar Ka Halwa ⋆ $55試試佢既甜品，係紅蘿蔔布丁，味道偏甜，一試無妨，食落完全唔覺自己食緊紅蘿蔔架😂上面仲有D nuts
