最近中環新開全港唯一孟加拉料理餐廳,餐廳名字意思解為珍味的回憶,採用多款當地天然香草同香料,搭配新鮮蔬菜同肉類,經慢煮製作出健康又美味嘅孟加拉菜,絕對令你回味無窮。街頭小食有好多選擇,大部份都係炸物,估唔到完全唔油,而且食完都唔覺得好膩。私心推介SHINGARA,三角餡餅包住薯仔,皮微脆,內餡飽滿,薯仔幼滑,真係好好味。PIYAJU同FUCHKA同樣印象深刻,前者係扇豆混合洋蔥嘅炸餅,有成六大塊,炸皮夠薄,感覺好邪惡,點埋醬汁可提升整體味道。後者係素脆球配乳酪醬,口感豐富,都幾開胃。想食肉嘅話可以要JALI KEBAB,免治雞肉脆餅超級厚身,口感紮實,帶有咬口,雞肉味道香濃,一塊都幾飽肚。招牌菜有燒雞脾配乳酪腰果洋蔥醬,肉質未到好嫩但勝在啖啖肉,大件夾抵食。素食人士亦有選擇,BHORTA指芥末香草蔬菜蓉,番茄微微酸甜,簡單又好味。MIXED TORKARI包含多款唔同蔬菜,以醬汁炒香,好似湯咖喱咁,最鍾意係薯仔,軟淋入味,讚👍
