To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於能嘗試溫野菜放題,叫了最貴的五百幾蚊火鍋放題,因為有鹿兒島黑毛和牛,也有熊本豚肉!若不想食最貴的,也有三百幾蚊的放題但只有熊本豚肉,或者貴多少少,有澳洲牛。不過這次叫最貴的set就可以吃到不同類型的牛和豬!首先感覺放題的送菜速度很快,也很少漏單,值得一讚!湯底的味道跟牛涮鍋的湯底差不多,正正常常,也有很多丸類菜類選擇,不過不失,因為平時單點也不平,所以放題任食也感覺頗抵!而且也有不少飲品選擇重點鹿兒島和牛絕不馬虎,份量厚厚又一大片一大片的,口感充實,油脂分布平均、味道濃郁,煮久了一點也不韌,可以任食貴級牛感覺很讚!另外的澳洲牛也絕不馬虎!熊本豚肉亦肉質爽口,厚厚的,感覺滿足!所以就算價錢不太平也覺得值得!
