✳️今次同老婆去咗灣仔PHOENIX 2樓嘅尚文潮州菜,試吓佢哋嘅港式高級潮州菜。✨值得一讚的是店員殷勤先奉上4杯功夫開胃茶,真的有消滞效果。第一道菜系招牌紅燒翅,$420一位。紅燒翅嘅湯底濃郁香甜,翅質滑嫩,食落口感一流。跟住試咗鹵水鵝肉(連骨)同鵝腸,$250。鹵水味道入味,鵝肉同鵝腸都非常嫩滑,食得出用心制作。✨最驚喜嘅係潮州凍大紅蟹,$1,440。呢個價錢有點偏高,蟹肉鮮味不過不失。幸好,另一道菜~勇哥傳統炒螃爽,$188,炒得好香,螃蟹肉鮮嫩,值得推薦。✨我們點了一壺茶菊花茗茶,每位$26,清熱解渴,名目齒留香。✨總體嚟講,呢次喺尚文潮州菜嘅用餐體驗滿意。
