To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

刺生爭鮮質素, 唔夠新鮮, 蝦係糊糊地, 油甘魚係作血紅色, 食過爭鮮和壽司郎就知分別, 焗生蠔好味, 鮮嫩多汁, 可以encore, 天婦羅個皮硬, 唔似日式料理的天婦羅, 所以只叫了軟殼蟹天婦羅就夠了, 無再叫天婦羅嘅系列, 中式甜品有驚喜, 木瓜燉雪耳, 清甜好潤, 飽魚飯好食, 燒榴槤味推介, 刺生種類少, 無叫壽司, 不過總括所有食物種類都多, 所以半架/ 乳鴿好多都食唔到就飽了, 時間充足, 黎唔黎自己揀食到半跟大約1點多就先比錢, 比錢前啲熱食都正常熱度, 比錢前叫左焗蠔好好味, 比前後再叫生蠔/燒雞軟骨/木瓜燉雪耳都係暖, 唔熱, 即刻大打折扣
