To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日接男友收工,由於自己個嘴損左,想食d涼浸浸嘅嘢食,見到依間舖有凍烏冬同刺身食就即刻去攞位。排左15分鐘都無就到我地,間舖夠大間唔洗等好耐。啲嘢食都幾多選擇下,我同男友都偏好凍烏冬,於是就叫左兩個刺身烏冬拼芝麻雞翼。啲刺身幾新鮮,有鮮甜味,配個面汁食好正!唯一要講ge係芝麻雞翼得啲皮好味,食到入面好似無醃過咁,實在有點美中不足。值得一讚ge係店員會不斷幫你倒水,完全唔洗自己去舉手搵人幫!
