To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

銅鑼灣日式放題暑期開始了,今天去香港銅鑼灣食好西,銅鑼灣廣場一期樓上有很多餐廳,這間日式放題餐廳有任吃榴槤、燒蠔、哈根達斯雪條等,非常吸引。榴槤控必食燒極品金枕頭榴槤、榴槤椰絲糯米糍,還有椰皇木瓜糖水、超足料楊枝甘露飲品、醉鮑魚、川式燒蠔、花膠等等回本位。自助區有炒蜆肉非常熱門,必試。這間分店的刺身非常肥美和厚切,尤其是三文魚、油甘魚、帆立貝等等。泰式生蝦也很惹味,配上泰式青醋也不會很辣。餐廳服務不錯,上菜快。餐廳手機自助下單非常方便,自助區可以自取冷盤、湯品、熟食、甜品、雪糕、軟糖、珍珠奶茶、桂花烏龍茶、清酒等等。壽司推介燒牛肉、燒左口魚邊、肥美鵝肝壽司。
