今日雙11 同朋友去咗東薈城名店倉嗰度睇吓有咩特價野買血戰完醫肚嘅時候見到呢一間羲和雅苑見佢個二人套餐都幾抵食同埋門面裝修都幾雅致 入到去諗都冇諗就即刻叫咗個二人套餐 有四個小前菜 四個小菜同埋一個蒸飯 仲有埋甜品抵食之餘,又岩晒口味首先四個前菜 乾隆白菜 係麻醬撈白菜 麻醬味道重 啱晒重口味嘅人三色黃金蛋 燻制過嘅皮蛋 加埋有少辣嘅醬汁好惹味涼拌萵筍絲 有麻有辣 好開胃泡菜汁蒜泥白肉 呢個略嫌蒜泥味唔夠 不過加咗泡菜汁,亦都有另一種風味然後第一個嚟嘅小菜就係韭黃叉燒炒蛋 佢個炒蛋炒得好滑,仲係滑捋捋流心嘅狀態 而且兩個人嚟講,份量都好足第二樣就係呢個宮保雞丁同一般嘅宮保雞丁唔同係屬於甜辣嘅口味 偏甜多啲 而且佢啲雞丁炸完之後都仲係好大粒 超級惹味食完兩個小菜都覺得呢度嘢食係水準好好然後就嚟咗壓軸登場嘅烤鴨 呢度嘅服務都好細心 俾咗一張紙我哋教我哋食烤鴨嘅順序同埋除咗傳統嘅食法之外亦都有新式嘅食法首先就係嗰個鴨酥皮 佢烤得好酥脆 建議加爆炸糖同埋藍莓醬我個人就覺得就咁食,或者加藍莓醬就好正 加左爆炸糖我就覺得唔係好夾然後鴨胸肉同埋 鴨腿肉 點佢嗰個黃芥末醬 黃芥末醬係有啲似蜜糖芥茉醬咁

首先四個前菜
乾隆白菜 係麻醬撈白菜 麻醬味道重 啱晒重口味嘅人
三色黃金蛋 燻制過嘅皮蛋 加埋有少辣嘅醬汁好惹味
涼拌萵筍絲 有麻有辣 好開胃
泡菜汁蒜泥白肉 呢個略嫌蒜泥味唔夠 不過加咗泡菜汁,亦都有另一種風味

然後就嚟咗壓軸登場嘅烤鴨
呢度嘅服務都好細心
俾咗一張紙我哋教我哋食烤鴨嘅順序
同埋除咗傳統嘅食法之外亦都有新式嘅食法

首先就係嗰個鴨酥皮 佢烤得好酥脆
建議加爆炸糖同埋藍莓醬
我個人就覺得就咁食,或者加藍莓醬就好正
加左爆炸糖我就覺得唔係好夾
然後鴨胸肉同埋 鴨腿肉
點佢嗰個黃芥末醬 黃芥末醬係有啲似蜜糖芥茉醬咁酸中帶甜 配埋鴨肉超夾
另外試左新式食法,係加入山楂條同埋藍莓醬
令到個烤鴨冇咁膩,同埋食落好清新
不過個人都係鍾意傳統食法多啲

另外醬料盤同埋烤鴨都要讚一讚
就係會有加熱包keep住加熱 令到我哋食嘅時候鴨醬料同埋同埋塊薄餅皮都係熱辣辣
而且佢啲配料同埋醬汁都比得夠多

鍾意食蟹粉嘅一定會鍾意

最後嚟咗呢個櫻花蝦海味蒸飯 佢用籠仔整嘅飯
軟糯適宜 而且蒸完之後亦都好入味
平時去食中餐多數都會嗌炒飯多
但係呢個蒸飯一流 健康得來又好食

到最後套餐仲有兩個甜品
其實食完啲主菜之後已經飽到上心口
但係甜品有第二個胃㗎嘛

第一個就係凍嘅楊枝甘露 比較啱一啲年輕人
另外一個就係熱嘅薑汁紅棗小桃膠
紅棗同埋薑汁味都幾重 食完之後食個熱糖水養下身
亦係一大享受
