今次黎食佢嘅秋季二人餐,感覺挺滿足的。先說前菜四拼,黃金皮蛋滑溜溜的,蛋味濃,稍微鹹香蒜泥白肉不油膩乾隆白菜脆脆的,酸甜開胃山楂汁淮山挺特別,酸酸甜甜配上軟軟的淮山,好吃又不重口。烤鴨是這餐的重點,皮脆得漂亮,肉嫩多汁,拿薄餅捲上蔥絲和醬,吃下去滿嘴香,實在過癮。八寶盒像個小雜錦,有唔同嘅配菜,每樣東西咬下去味道都不一樣,吃著挺有意思。比較特別嘅係藍莓醬同爆炸糖,都係第一次咁樣包住嚟食。主菜裡的宮爆雞丁辣得夠味,雞肉嫩,醬汁濃,挺下飯。韭王叉燒炒蛋炒得香,韭菜新鮮,叉燒鹹香,蛋又滑,吃著像家裡的菜。時令蟹粉扒田園蔬也好吃,蟹粉鮮,蔬菜清爽,兩者搭在一起不油不膩。籠仔櫻花蝦海味蒸飯很香,米飯吸了海味,粒粒分明,櫻花蝦加了點鮮味,吃著暖乎乎的。甜品楊枝甘露甜而不膩,芒果味濃,西米滑滑的,柚子清清爽爽,吃完覺得舒服。另外點的北京小丸子也不錯,外皮脆,裡面軟,帶點甜味,當小吃挺好,跟套餐搭著吃不會覺得單調。總的來說,這套餐味道實在,想吃頓簡單又滿足的飯,可以試試這個!

東涌餐廳選擇並唔係好多,仲要同屋企人食,所以就包左間房食套餐。套餐有好多唔同tiers 比我地揀,由前菜,小菜,主食,湯品到甜品都包晒,好岩一家人去食。我地黎既主要目的當然係食片皮鴨,佢啲餅皮都好好,每一層都會有紙隔住,好易拎,而配料都好足,好似一個賀盒咁,igable。而前菜方面,佢山藥,鮑魚同皮蛋都好outstanding,各自都帶出佢地既香味,同好fresh。湯方面,我就揀左黑松露海皇湯,啖啖肉。甜品都係以打卡為主,好有創意。Overall,所以菜既份量都好足,同埋所有擺盤都好靚。

Very Bad experience, the staff who took our order forced us to order the roasted duck with black truffle claiming this one was the dish we want and it costs $100 higher than the regular one. We never mentioned the black truffle to her and she just decided for us.We would never go to this restaurant again!Very awful place. How you gonna retain customers with service like this? 點知個職員幫我哋落咗黑松露片皮鴨
落單之前、期間同之後我地完全冇提及過「黑松露」,見到佢打完單已經問係唔係落錯咗定改咗menu 個女職員冇直接答 就咁話係呀 呢個好食我哋就以為真係改咗menu

到上菜見到成個賣相同之前完全唔同 我哋即刻攞返menu 睇先知個職員係專登幫我地落另一個貴$100嘅黑松露片皮鴨!好過份!呢隻鴨係完全唔啱我同屋企人的口味!啲鴨肉切到鬼咁厚,啲包鴨肉用的皮每塊都係黏住唒,中間冇紙隔住(以前有)。
成餐得好唔開心!相信冇人會接受呢種經營手法絕對唔建議任何人幫襯呢間_店

另外個松子魚碟底都冇任何嘢熱住隻碟 完全唔明點解要用呢個造型上菜。個鴨湯等咗成50分鐘先有,好後悔入咗呢間餐廳,祝佢早日關門大吉
