呢輪睇完黑白大廚,就想瘋狂食韓國嘢,睇戲前同friend揀咗呢間特別啲,有香港少見既釜山豬肉飯嘅餐廳試吓。仲有一個鐘就開場,快手揀左釜山豬肉湯飯、釜山豬肉湯麵,同埋醬油蝦意粉。店員放低左一盤韓式前菜,種類都幾豐富,除左常見既泡菜類,仲有炒粉絲、甜蕃薯等。好快就上菜,釜山豬肉湯湯底奶白色,當中有韭菜、娃娃菜、豬肉等。飲落鮮甜得黎幾清,豬肉片有口感,整體有種屋企feel,有別於一般韓國菜又辣又重味既印象。另一款釜山豬肉湯麵,麵質類似上海麵,較軟身,湯底相比起湯飯較淡,個人比較喜歡湯飯。餐牌上最特別係醬油蝦意粉,好奇醬油蝦點樣結合意粉。味道又幾香,食落係醬油咸香加左cream既奶感,意粉質地彈牙。呢個組合創新得黎又幾夾,值得一試。食完就夠鐘睇戲啦,下次去尖沙咀都會想encore湯飯。

另一款釜山豬肉湯麵,麵質類似上海麵,較軟身,湯底相比起湯飯較淡,個人比較喜歡湯飯。
