To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

通常食煲仔飯嘅地方都係好噏耷同埋市井，但係呢間專門由自家工廠製臘味煲仔飯嘅餐廳，樓高兩層，環境好開揚同埋乾淨，請朋友，宴客都絕對唔失禮！川味臘味煲仔飯-$177自家製廣式川味鮮肉臘腸、臘肉同埋南安板鴨，味道有少少麻辣，創新得來好過癮。五常大米🍚米飯口感煙靭，粒粒分明，再淋上古法瓦缸頭抽，少少甜又唔會過鹹，好好味！黑松露雞煲傳統雞煲加入黑松露醬，送上嚟已聞到香氣撲鼻，雞件嫩滑可口，調味唔會過鹹，依然食得出雞嘅鮮味，配菜有洋蔥，紅黃椒等等。小炒皇材料有韭菜，魷魚，白飯魚，腰果等，食得出好有鑊氣，火口控制得好，韭菜甜嫩，加上海鮮精華，送酒一流！菠蘿特飲水果特飲夏日炎炎飲特飲可以消除油膩感覺，滿滿嘅氣泡水，清新怡人！
