馳名生煎包@劉興記要上幾級樓梯先至入到去嘅餐館在香港唔算好多。不過上環永樂街139號就有一間上海食品嘅專門店→劉興記。🌊S2套餐→痲醬手撕雞粉皮+生煎包2隻 $ 54賣相很吸引,手撕雞鮮甜味美,夾埋長長青瓜🥒絲,咬落颯颯有聲,其味無窮!粉皮晶瑩亮澤,蘸上香濃麻醬,甚是匹配!而生煎包的包頂煎得脆脹又唔會硬崩崩,加上豬肉饀料鮮美可口!👍👍🌊蟹黃生煎包👍 $18/pc廚師🧑🏼‍🍳同樣將個包頂煎到脆卜卜,夾開後裡面湯汁非常豐盈,流過不停,一陣陣🦀幽香,食落感覺很惹味!唔知阿發哥有冇品嘗過??🌊上海排骨菜飯👍 $ 42飯🍚唔會好油膩,原來排骨是pork chop,做成脆炸酥扒,味道上乘!🌊鮮雞湯小雲吞(12粒)$ 25湯🥣清甜,雲吞皮又薄又滑饀新鮮,望見一柳柳蛋絲,成個開胃哂!👍👍🌊低糖豆漿 $ 10可冷飲也可熱飲。低糖就不怕升糖指數太高了,故可以放心淺嚼黃豆的精華。由於2間劉興記座落上環;故此價錢公道又飽肚,不過8點就收舖,放工後要請早!否則望門興嘆!😁😝
