Restaurant: Vegelink Vegetarian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日和素食”的“人相約扮靚靚扮靚前要食飽飽先……同素食 “的”人食飯,首選食素! 這店看似有點台灣素式… 12:45 到達 ,前一天已訂位所以不用等(初一、 十五相信要再早些訂)。 前菜小食是竹炭花生和素干。 我們點了黑松露燒賣、春巻、擔擔麵、肉燥飯、咖哩薄餅、洛神花特飲(午市只有點心小食,想點一、兩款食友推介…是沒有的 看到蘋果酥想吃,但要星期六、日才做)。一边吃一边說,沒什麼特別,但……原本好端端的感覺被最後一味甜品~馬蹄糕弄跨了(請看附相及說明文字)。 其實細心一想……它的消費跟另一素食店(在湾仔某私房素食館)差不多, 但論色、香、味則遠不及矣!
