今晚返老公東涌家食飯,幫唔到手下廚都要斬料上去。老公係逸東由細住到大,而呢間茶餐廳都係佢由細食到大。裏面環境唔錯,整齊光猛,但我地今日係外賣。由廚窗外望,有好多選擇,油雞好肥美;叉燒和燒鴨就好紅潤亮麗;燒腩睇落脆卜卜….點好?老公話咁大班人一定好遲開飯,見大少潛艇($42)好有新意,一於試下(細路時唔見有它)。熱辣辣,大大個,中間有煎蛋、芝士和兩大件厚切叉燒,好足料。大啖咬,麵包好軟熟,夾埋三種食材,味道鹹香,飽肚滿足!見價目都好合理,仲有抵食孖寶,好吸引!最後要了半斤叉燒+半隻玫瑰豉油雞($138)及半斤燒腩仔,豐富!半斤叉燒 色澤紅潤,邊位帶少少焦燶,沾上亮麗嘅蜜汁,賣相好得。雖是瘦燒,但有肉汁,部份有少少甘香肥膏,正合大家心意。肉香中帶些焦香,配埋甜美嘅叉燒汁,的確色香味俱全。半隻玫瑰豉油雞 份量好足,睇嚟隻雞都幾大隻。另配了豉油汁和薑蓉,正!啖啖肉,整得非常入味,肉質好嫩滑,加埋滑嘟嘟嘅雞皮一齊食,吃出油香,再淋晒啲豉油汁,大家都食到津津有味!半斤燒腩仔($75)連住紅卜卜的燒腩皮,咬下去好鬆脆。肥膏和腩肉相隔,兩層油潤的肥膏,夾住嫩肉,最底係鹹香嘅瘦肉,全件食,滿口油香肉香,
