To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向喜歡食辣既我，麻辣，大辣都岩，留意有關麻辣，川菜的餐廳今晚想食辣既心癮又起，行開銅鑼灣，諗起5-6年前食過既這間老店，記得當時叫的擔擔麵是不錯今晚諗住試店內其他款式麵食，我揀選同樣是menu 上有like icon 即店家推介-大蒜鱔麵，可惜係個惡夢一見賣相都靚仔，好多紅油浮面，花椒粒粒，一飲湯嘩好鹹😢 ，食麵麵質口感好，但食多幾淡鹹到苦，試一舊鱔肉是係梅，真心難食到想咸，成碗野既餸似醃製左好耐鹹到暈，真心無下次，嚇驚🤮，洗唔洗咁鹹
