To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

✨ 朋友介紹我去億食尚午餐，位於舊佐敦道碼頭，有樓上樓下兩層，坐位闊落環境很不錯。***** ***** ***** ***** ***** 香菇🍄滑雞煲仔飯🍚有別於以前食過嘅煲仔飯，香味濃郁，雞件軟腍，豉油味甜甜哋。甜蜜咕嚕肉🥓好耐無食過有拉絲效果嘅咕嚕肉，味道很不錯，每舊咕嚕肉都裏滿醬汁，酸甜適中撈飯一流，口感外脆內嫩。小炒王🥬小炒王係大排檔檔嘅鑊氣指標，主要用咗韭菜、蝦乾、魷魚、魚仔，食材唔複雜，但炒起嚟好考功夫；這碟小炒王夠晒鑊氣，韭菜油亮爽嫩，蝦乾惹味，原來仲有脆卜卜腰果。
