今日拍拖二人世間,另一半帶左我泥呢度飲嘢同埋食意日fusion既菜式🥰係講嘢食之前我必須要大讚staff,好welcoming好sweet,每就菜式都介紹得好詳細,直頭有fine dining既service,真係好抵讚亦都好難得係香港有咁warm又親切既體驗!Starter我地揀左truffle fries,炸得香脆,好香松露味加埋parmesan既咸香,香口惹味另外叫左個charcoal karrage,即係竹炭炸雞,上碟好吸睛,特別既係配左蛋沙律mayo同埋老干媽,呢個配搭係幾得意而又夾架喎😂之後叫左個signature既main,係crispy short rib,外脆內嫩,肉味濃兼夾重油脂香,sauce係紅酒山渣,解膩!重點要讚個薯蓉,好滑身口感creamy又夠厚身!之後仲有個pasta,係新鮮嘅松葉蟹肉配墨汁意粉,用咗雞油炒香再加紹興酒,陣香氣係口腔真係回味,個人最鍾意呢道菜,我自己都可以清晒成碟!呢度嘅Cocktail選擇都唔少,而且睇得出精心配搭過,調酒師仲幾靚仔添😍我地揀左杯叫koko ringo,係Gin做底,配埋青檸、斑蘭同埋Coconut,甜思思❤️另外仲叫咗杯M
