To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鍾意食辣嘅朋友嚟到呢一間餐廳一定唔會失望 ，因為佢啲嘢真係夠辣。 店舖環境雖然唔算好大，但係食物質素唔差。🍽涼拌青瓜大大嚿嘅青瓜配上麻辣汁，望見都覺得好辣。同出面見到嘅涼拌青瓜好唔同。 不過食落去第一下個辣到唔算好勁，之但係 原來個辣會喺後面慢慢慢慢滲出嚟，食咗一兩嚿個口即刻辣度麻曬，真係好鬼爽。 同埋個青瓜肉厚鮮甜，用嚟做前菜真係一流。🍽 四川牛肚絲麵至於到主食麻辣牛肚麵，可能係因為食咗個涼拌青瓜辣到個口冇乜知覺，所以食呢碗麵嘅時候覺得佢嘅辣度唔算好勁， 但係麵質ok，硬度適中。唯一挑剔嘅係份量比較少。不過個價錢偏貴，份量都比預期的少，但味道夠辣。
