To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京老家的裝潢很有特色，以紅色傳統結婚般放著紅橋及2張椅子更有一對新人公仔，甚有氣派。另一邊廂，三位大漢出來招呼(歡迎光臨)。取位後，旁邊便會發現一條長長的落梯，極具特色。上到來，地方都算闊絡，位與位之間有一定空間；而且裝修華麗，明顯落了一番心思。餐廳設有一人小菜餐只需$98，以包例湯、糖水及白飯一碗。一人小菜的款式都不少，數數已有28款可供選擇：糖醋魚片、宮保雞丁、干煸四季豆、糖醋排骨、水煮牛肉、老媽燒茄絲等等...真係緊有一款岩你。宮保雞丁 - $96宮保雞丁辣度剛剛好，香辣味濃，肉質嫩滑，口感爽滑。糖醋排骨 - $96糖醋排骨食落好腍身且有軟骨，充滿酸酸甜甜的感覺。水煮牛肉 - $96水煮牛肉濃烈麻辣味， 牛肉嫩滑醇厚，配上紅油鋪面的視覺，令人食起來刺激非常，食完一口又想再食一口。而粉皮吸了麻辣味更好吃，可惜份量較少。
