與朋友聚餐,選址渣甸中心的老北京。朋友素愛清淡,今天選的全是京菜中比較清淡的菜式。老醋蜇頭色澤透亮,入口脆而厚實,醋的清香從海蜇皮滲透出來,十分清新爽口,黃瓜同樣入味,酸香開口,很好的頭盤菜!賽螃蟹吃北京菜少不免來一道賽螃蟹,炒蛋白模仿蟹肉的質感,一黃金蛋兼置於中間,擺盤精美水嫩嫩蛋白香滿滿,配上鎮江醋,清爽開胃。小籠包外皮厚薄適中,外表均一,咬開盡是滿滿肉汁。酸菜白肉鍋湯頭酸而不嗆、口感溫和,暖和而清淡。
