今日同朋友約好去銅鑼灣老北京食晚飯。我地去到先要菊花水飲住睇餐牌。我哋點左辣子雞丁,韮菜豬肉水餃煎,高湯小籠包,老北京芝麻醬糖餅,拔絲蘋果,京醬肉絲(配春餅八張)。辣子雞丁:鮮嫩雞肉配上乾辣椒,花椒爆炒非常香口野味。韮菜豬肉水餃煎:肉質好韮菜香,煎到兩邊都金黃。高湯小籠包:新鮮肉餡加上被皮薄包著既熱湯一口咬下非常好味道。老北京芝麻醬糖餅:芝麻加花生醬非常香配合糖餅食口感味道都好好。拔絲蘋果:糖香脆成絲鳥巢造型,非常吸晴,包著炸得香脆蘋果。蘋果仲保持到清甜可口。京醬肉絲(配春餅八張):熱辣辣春餅包住醬爆過肉絲,韭黃帶起不同味道。 continue reading
