To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 昨晚和德國🇩🇪回來的朋友飯聚,朋友當然想選擇食久違了的中國菜。最終我們去了尖沙咀的北京老家這間新店,試一試佢嘅北京菜比其他同類型北京餐廳有咩分別。一入到店,見到啲裝修好有北京特色,有俾心機做裝修,同埋一直播住中國古典音樂🎼,好有氣氛。因為遲到嘅關係,其他朋友已經叫晒餸,包括北京填鴨、草綑牛骨、老家柚子魚、清炒萵芛同埋餐牌上大家未見到住嘅燈籠蝦。甜品係拔絲蘋果。打頭炮俾你食嘅當然就係最有代表性嘅北京填鴨🦆,麵粉皮軟硬適中做得非常好又唔會太黏,唔會話冇咗嚼勁,至於蔥方面,只係小弟比較重口味,所以略嫌呢個蒽個味唔算太濃,比較老少咸宜。到主角填鴨,尚算肥瘦均勻,皮唔算太脆,算係適中。整體上會比8分(10分滿分)。個甜汁冇咩特別所以唔提喇。好,到個牛骨🐮🦴,呢個榮獲今晚我最喜愛的角色。好簡單,食牛呢家嘢,你唔會想太韌,太冧又唔好,又要有牛味。呢道菜佢做齊晒。當然那個牛味,你唔會expect佢濃到好似平時我哋行嗰啲牛雜鋪一樣聞到嗰隻味咁樣,係剛剛好呢係你咀嚼嘅期間呢嗰個牛味呢會慢慢沁出嚟,配埋白飯簡直一流。當然,如果我比10分就實在太浮誇了,10分係嗰啲食完會幻想自己起嚿食物上邊碌黎碌去嗰啲😻,所

至於個柚子魚🐟呢,亦都係煮得非常好,佢係先炸左條魚再加個柚子汁上去,一般食炸魚,你最驚呢就係炸得過龍,搞到入邊啲肉呢都變咗脆脆,咁就食唔到個魚肉本身嘅嫩滑。今次個魚就真係做到外脆內軟。師傅嘅手勢非常好。當然,我唔係食家我唔係咁識食,但係我覺得個柚子汁如果可以入埋個魚肉裏面呢,咁食起上嚟又食到肉好滑又食到柚子汁個酸甜咁就完美。如果個廚師失驚無神走出黎問我呢味餸嘅意見我就會咁同佢講。佢個柚子汁另外仲有柚子肉你可以夾埋同啲魚肉一齊食好正🤛🏻最後我係比8分✌🏼

個萵芛🥬呢就真係冇嘢彈,軟硬適中,食菜㗎野都係果句,你驚佢煮唔熟太硬臭青🥒太熟太冧又驚佢冇咗口感冇晒菜味。所以叫呢個餸你可以放一萬個心,方方面都做得得心應手,一流。

新菜燈籠蝦🦐🦐大隻蝦仁上面釀塊茄子🍆,加上酸汁非常開胃,蝦肉本身爽滑,對比較冧身嘅茄子,啖啖蝦肉間有茄子肉平衡返個口感。味道方面蝦同酸汁係絕配,無嘢好講,整個配搭十分出色,唯一小弟想挑骨頭嘅係佢d蝦都好大隻下,哈哈,食完一個都好飽下。8.5分。

甜品拔絲蘋果🍎如果你冇食過嘅話我諗唔到其他理由點解你唔叫,個賣相你圖片都睇到啦,金碧輝煌,拉糖先拉到呢好似藝術品咁,非常華麗。上面好細心加左d芝麻,所以甜得來你都食到呢芝麻嗰個香,唔會悶親你。到入邊個蘋果,都係果句啦,因為我唔係食家,意見未必登到大堂,但想講係雖則蘋果依然夠爽,但係處理過完之後呢個蘋果味就唔太出啦。9分。佢仲有香蕉同士多啤梨俾你揀。

價錢黎到講,最後埋單5個人每人大概$280 ,對於我呢啲蟻民來講,當然唔可以講得上係平,但係呢個價錢食到呢個質素嘅北京菜,性價比上你唔會話wow或者覺得好Yo, 但完全合理。

服務方便,我見佢有大枱細枱,所以係一大棚人或者三兩個去食都可以。我眼見餐廳入邊嘅位唔算太多,所以侍應基本上都應付得來,加水次數都算頻密所以服務方面呢都滿意。👍🏼👍🏼
