To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日睇戲🎬前食個lunch，一直好喜歡食日式豚肉丼，咁啱嚟到來自北海道嘅豚丼專門店「豚丼のぶたはげ BUTAHAGE」 食正宗豚肉丼真係好正😃🍱帶廣名物稀有豚肉丼有分特盛同並盛，我叫咗並盛，份量睇落同平時食嘅丼飯差唔多，面層有5塊大大嘅KAMIKOMI豚肉，燒到微微焦香，配上超過八十年歷史嘅祖傳秘製醬汁，配埋飯好好食，我食晒成個飯😃🍣迷你海鮮丼定食呢個期間限定嘅海鮮飯都好高質，4碗迷你魚生飯，魚生好新鮮，份量又多，仲有茶碗蒸同埋麵豉湯，好豐富呀🌮蟹肉蟹膏紫菜卷天婦羅呢個超好食，入面係滿滿嘅蟹肉蟹膏，一咬落去嗰蟹膏就咇出嚟，好香蟹膏味，推介👍🏻👍🏻
