To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近食得越菜泰菜多有點悶，朋友帶我去食印尼野。印象中印尼菜污污黑黑比較油膩唔多啱食，今次一試確係對它完全改觀，印尼菜絕對可媲美越菜泰菜。小店細細勁多食客等位，更有不少印尼人幫襯，感覺十分地道正宗。環境一般尚算乾淨，座位空間有限，枱仔細細放三碟野差唔多無位，難得待應收碟勤快一眼關七，欣賞店長用心推介美食。美食質素高，價值經濟貼地，CP值高，一定忍唔住再來番兜。班蘭雞尖塔飯 $68綠色尖塔飯好吸睛下，飯粒粒分明充滿班蘭獨特清香。雞肉嫩滑冇骨啖啖肉有雞味，旁邊有堆韭菜炒麵醬汁味濃，炒得非常好食。印尼秘製汁燒魷魚 $128原條大魷魚望見開心，口感軟彈，醮埋醬汁更加美味，一款青檸少辣甜美，另一款似冬蔭功酸辣刺激，各有特式。沙爹串燒拼盤 $188串燒雞、牛、羊、白鱔各兩串，串燒入味就咁都好好食，醮埋沙爹醬汁更加惹味。牛肉和雞肉都好嫩多汁，羊肉軟嫩無羶味，白鱔肥美爽口大大串啖啖肉感好滿足。珍多冰 $28大大杯好多珍多，啖啖椰香椰糖適量甜度適中，作為消暑飲品，正呀。印尼咖啡涼粉冰 $30涼粉切得好幼條，用飲管輕易啜到非常方便，口感爽爽，咖啡味香濃甘甜好飲。
