今日終於去咗一間想試好耐,但係又一直都無機會試嘅餐廳---鮮入圍煮。喺旺角鬧市嘅樓上舖意外地可以做到大排檔嘅氣氛,連餐具都選用70、80年代常見嘅碗、匙羹等等。欣賞完裝修就講吓野食……濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯---好明顯呢間又係湯底行先,雞同花膠都好足料,湯頭好香雞味,好濃厚;花膠好大同好厚肉,一啖食唔哂成舊;雖然我搶輸咗隻雞脾,但係雞背都好滑。每人飲咗兩碗湯先落野食,侍應好快幫我哋加湯,服務唔錯。呢道最特別一定要講吓佢個「海鮮檔」,所有生猛海鮮都係自己去水池選擇,可以保證係最新鮮!怕食唔哂,所以淨係叫咗貴妃蚌我只可以講:海鮮真係要新鮮先會特別鮮甜;另外點咗鮮魚卜,食得出新鮮,大大隻一啲都唔腥,正!打邊爐一定要食牛肉,手切安格斯牛肉雖然無本地手切牛咁濃牛味,但係入口都好軟淋,油脂好足;朋友點咗西班牙黑毛豬午餐肉,食得好滋味,不過我個人對午餐肉唔係太感興趣,朋友推介:鍾意食午餐肉嘅朋友可以試吓。另外,仲叫咗原粒帶子水餃、芝士流心牛丸同埋娃娃菜,最後以爽滑彈牙嘅稻庭手打烏冬作結,完美!
