To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友慶祝生日梗係想食放題啦，因為咩菜式都有！唔使諗到頭都爆。最重要係抵食又好味！性價比高。去咗銅鑼灣極尚大喜屋食午餐放題，所有餐牌都更新咗，多咗好多唔同類型嘅款式！有日式，中式，泰式等等。入到去當然梗係出去攞嘢食啦，有好多不同嘅冷盤，炸物，沙律，生果，甜品，飲品，酒類等等。非常豐富呀！當然我哋都會再QR code落單，有好多不同款式嘅刺身，壽司，手卷，炸物，天婦羅，串燒，一品料理等等比較愛吃的是花雕醉鮑魚，冰鎮柚子海蜇，泰式虎蝦，魚籽柚子醬章紅魚薄切，海膽三色塔，川燒廣島蠔，味道同出邊好唔同，廚師別有心思地煮出佢哋嘅鮮味！令人十分驚喜。

入到去當然梗係出去攞嘢食啦，有好多不同嘅冷盤，炸物，沙律，生果，甜品，飲品，酒類等等。非常豐富呀！
