Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日午餐試咗呢一間小炒店，有驚喜。銀芽黑豚肉煎麵份量都算大碟，個麵做得好脆但係又唔會油淋淋，個銀芽同黑豚肉絲扣返個芡汁落去竟然唔大影響個麵嘅脆度真心佩服。炒一炒過的芽菜同韭黃都會令佢地嘅香味更出，送埋例湯同餐飲先至係$51真驚人，仲要無茶芥加一，真係生意難做。呢個炒米粉又係無得彈，炒得乾身夠鑊氣不在話下，連D肉片都咁好食真係厲害。問老闆娘點解咁好食先知道原來佢地係用新鮮肉，唔怪得食落去真係有明顯分別啦。唯一唔好就係等得比較耐，不過好野係值得去等嘅，如果趕時間就唔好去喇。
