To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 路過隨意吃個快午餐,店員熱情拉客招待入座,入座後才知道是銖記《豉汁蒸鯇魚》周圍望望,眼見很多食客都點了蒸魚套飯,我也趁高興點了蒸魚配是日例湯。蒸鯇魚份量不少很抵食。而且質素不錯,鯇魚鮮味,豉汁咸淡適中,難怪很多食客都點蒸魚。《叉燒炒蛋》熱辣辣上枱,蛋炒得夠滑,但蛋香不濃,叉燒普普通通,整體是可想像的味道。重點是大大份,絕對是飽肚之選。

《叉燒炒蛋》
熱辣辣上枱,蛋炒得夠滑,但蛋香不濃,叉燒普普通通,整體是可想像的味道。重點是大大份,絕對是飽肚之選。
