見到呢間日本餐廳下午有Omakase 餐,亦有壽司餐、午市定食等等。我哋揀咗經濟一啲嘅壽司餐及天婦羅烏冬定食。定食包蒸蛋、麵豉湯及甜品。首先係蒸蛋:蟹肉蒸蛋,好多蟹肉,入邊仲有蜆等等唔同配料,蒸蛋熱辣辣。▶️天婦羅烏冬定食$380有三隻炸蝦🍤、仲有番薯🍠、茄子🍆、南瓜🎃。炸蝦爽口、番薯好甜。烏冬扁細幾彈牙。▶️12貫壽司餐$580 🍣食完蒸蛋,就到壽司部份。靜岡彷彿魚,厚身爽口,充滿魚鮮味。愛之縣象拔蚌(白見貝)係魚腹部份,厚身爽甜。時不知北海道野生鮭魚,口感腍身,魚味濃。白烏賊切粒,更有口感,加上紫蘇絲更香。深海池魚加上河豚蔥、薑,魚鮮味突出。天使蝦非常大隻爽口。文耠沙白飽滿鮮甜。右口魚火炙過油脂更豐富,非常滿足,赤身用上中拖羅部位,厚身有油脂感,但係又唔會太膩。梭子魚配上柚子胡椒,味道更香。三文魚籽自己醃製,所以味道比平時嘅甜。北海道馬糞海膽好新鮮鮮甜。蔥吞拿魚蓉手卷蔥非常之香,魚蓉滿滿,紫菜又香脆。壽司部份完咗就到湯同甜品:洋蔥湯裏面有粒大蝦丸,個湯清得嚟幾甜。甜品係牛乳芝士豆腐芝士味濃郁。
