To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這次跟同事飯聚,選擇了如心酒店荃灣西的中菜廳~如,體驗是再次的驚喜,上次是晚飯來吃,華麗廳堂別樹一幟;這次靠近窗旁,偌大的海灣、海之戀海旁盡收眼底,坐下來寫意無比,也謝謝知客為我們揀選了清幽的角落,喝著淡淡的菊花香茶,心曠神怡,與友人攀談,份覺稱心。我們細嚐多款精點,先來晶凝的筍尖鮮蝦餃和潮州粉果,爽口可吃,再來藤椒紅油抄手和蘋果鹹水角,大家吃得津津有味,我最鍾愛酒香豬仔腳,芬愛爽滑,味道香飴;還有兩味海龍皇脆皮紅米腸和至尊蜜汁叉燒腸粉,都極具分量的點心,我們品嚐香檸鳳梨叉燒酥,味道馥郁清香;大家最讚砂鍋安格斯牛肉鵝肝飯,飯香加上牛肉鵝肝的香濃配搭,確是一絕。知道如心中菜廳請來名廚主理,每客點心都是賞心悅目、味道甘飴,教我們不吝讚嘆!邊吃邊讚不絕口;加上地點適中,廂房雅致,也相信是商務見客的尚佳選擇。👍☺️
