To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐在鐘廚今日約咗17年中湊的媽咪同公公婆婆去鐘廚食午餐，呢個仔仔都5歲啦今年9月就小一，整咗小食就先去婆婆家坐下傾下先出去時代廣場，個媽咪訂咗枱，因為疫情差唔多一年一次，今次完工時間長同疫情好些少就再去探他們，公公婆婆好客氣每次都要請我食飯所以都會整啲她們喜歡的小食帶去，她們話家中的酒樓唔太好，我又覺得都唔差講咗幾年今次終於同她們出去時代廣場一試呢間話好好味的鐘廚一試，個媽咪訂咗枱我先到婆婆家坐一會先一齊搭車出去，2個老人家已經70歲但完全睇唔出，她們好客氣叫咗好多嘢，呢餐4個人食咗7百幾蚊話有優惠卷半價好抵食，講真我就覺得一般，一半價錢就差唔多，7百幾就真係貴咗啲，飲完因時間接仔仔放學見下都5點幾就買餸回家煮飯，今日好開心見到仔仔都認得我，大個好多好多嘢講而家轉咗呢行最開心見到啲仔女大健康又活潑
