To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次黎呢間中環分店，Lunch 都幾多日餐定食款式！（原來同金鐘嗰間嘅lunch menu唔同，亦都易book好多😂）最鍾意食set，夠方便一人份量。午餐人均大概$2-300，定價黎講少許進取～以我呢個和牛薄燒定食$328有少少筋位，亦因有少少overcooked致肉韌，並非完美，認真以呢個價位會expect更多，但overall都唔失禮嘅。坐得鬆動，服務唔算周到，不過食客要求下都算有即時回應。上次喺金鐘食晚餐廚師有表演添㗎！唔知呢度夜晚有冇呢？
