To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得經過灣仔,試吓呢間想食咗好耐嘅餐廳🍴餐廳要行一層上樓,裝修行一個復古嘅裝修路線,整體嘅裝修都比較暗,如果想打卡可能都有啲難度。或者可能因為我日頭去,所以佢唔係開咗好多燈啦haha。餐廳係食台灣野,不過我想食清啲於是食咗茶漬飯,覺得都幾清新,個飯味偏淡,岩曬啲想食清啲既人☺️不過個雞扒就冇乜茶味,有啲似日式照燒雞扒咁樣上面有幾塊紫菜,配埋佢個芥末就覺得啱啱好。整體來講覺得唔錯,下次想試吓佢嘅其他嘢食。🍱

餐廳係食台灣野,不過我想食清啲於是食咗茶漬飯,覺得都幾清新,個飯味偏淡,岩曬啲想食清啲既人☺️

不過個雞扒就冇乜茶味,有啲似日式照燒雞扒咁樣上面有幾塊紫菜,配埋佢個芥末就覺得啱啱好。

整體來講覺得唔錯,下次想試吓佢嘅其他嘢食。🍱
