先分享一段小插曲,一個月前喺openrice訂枱,註明為朋友慶祝生日,竟然當日到達食店前廿分鐘收到食店職員電話,話因為太好生意,賣淨鮑魚餐,問我介唔介意,如果介意可以取消booking,但我臨時臨急諗唔到同朋友改去邊度食生日飯,唯有照去。所以如果真係想食某個餐,訂枱時註明會安全啲。鮑魚餐原價$680,午市優惠半價$340連原價加一$68,即係每位$408,都抵食。青檸花旗參茶,味道幾特別,感覺清新。沙律冇特別,合格。刺身解凍程度剛好,新鮮個人覺得西京醬太鹹,銀雪魚鹹咗少少。鮑魚釀入去骨雞翼再用牛肉卷起,三樣食材煮熟嘅時間需時唔同,但有處理得好好,有心思,好味芝心和牛漢堡扒,好味,但食咗一件已經飽。蟹膏炒飯好味過鵝肝炒飯焗什菌好香牛油味,飽都要食。好彩個湯唔係好鹹,花膠蜆湯係搵唔到花膠甜品係雪糕泡芙結論,$408一客鐵板燒係好抵又好食,一人食一客可以飽到夜晚,可以再去。
