To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無來過石硤尾,發覺同好多年前舊式石硤尾邨唔同咗好多。好多樓宇都係新起嘅,亦開咗間新茶樓,路過見到飲茶有早晨優惠,有一日就早少少起身去試吓。去到估唔到依家茶樓先進到連茶壺加水都全自動,仲要係app可以點餐,所以由入單到廚房至送餐都好快就到。叫咗豬肚雞扎、生菜魚皮餃、糯米卷、煎釀四寶、紅油抄手、芝麻芋蓉餅,啲點心都算不過不失,其中最鐘意係紅油抄手,雲吞皮薄而細膩滑嫩,包裹著多汁入味的肉餡,醬汁的蔥蒜辣椒有著辣度剛剛好的辛香和陳醋的酸甜,非常開胃,帶出肉餡的鮮香。今次早茶做緊點心半價相當抵食,兩個人食飽了一百蚊都唔使,呢個真係估佢唔到。
