自己一向都好鍾意食海鮮,尤其係龍蝦、海膽、或者鵝肝呢啲,近排上網睇開伊勢龍蝦就發現咗呢間位於九龍城嘅日本餐廳。餐廳無論係門外或者店內都有好多日本特色擺設打造出日本居酒屋嘅感覺,除咗叫咗龍蝦之外,另外再叫咗幾款小食試試。日本水果番茄 ($88) : 水果番茄有別於普通番茄,果皮會比較硬同結實,不過就特別鮮甜多汁,配上和風沙律汁,非常開胃嘅前菜。厚切和牛舌芯串燒 ($78) : 厚切之餘一啲都唔韌,而且仲幾爽口,和牛牛舌真係唔同啲,呢個串燒值得一試。大分直送火灸平目魚邊 ($158) : 平目魚平時都有食開,但係呢個真係一試難忘,魚邊火灸後加入咗柚子醋同即磨山葵,味道酸中帶甜而且重要係入口即溶。半熟龍蝦燒 ($798) : 見到實物真係流哂口水,龍蝦肉上面有勁大堆海膽,半生熟呢個做法幾創新,兩者都灸燒過,所以味道同口感都變得更加豐富。食完龍蝦之後,餐廳會根據客人嘅要求將龍蝦頭煮成湯或粥,可以再慢慢品嚐。
