To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 坐底無幾耐就送左每人一份嘅北海道蟹肉伴海膽,兩者綿密嘅口感同鹹香嘅海水味簡直係絕配🙌🏼 每2-3位亦可以揀一樣鰤魚嘅菜色,我地就揀左沙律🥗 佢地同紅醋同薑蓉醬油提升魚片嘅風味,同時令質感更嫩滑🐟
Amuse Bouche was Sea Urchin with Hokkaido Crabmeat, which was so umami. For their seasonal fish item, I chose the Buri Salad which was marinated in red vinegar and ginger soy sauce for extra depth.

Sashimi Platter
師傅即切嘅刺身擺盤精緻,總共有9款咁多,出面應該至少要$3xx啦🙊 三文魚、油甘魚、鰤魚等魚類刺身厚切飽滿,而北海道帶子同甜蝦就鮮美爽口🦐 吞拿魚方面有齊曬赤身、中同大拖羅,入口脂香四溢🤤
The sashimi platter had 9 different types of seafood that was thick and fresh, with my favourite being the fatty toro.

面層嘅吞拿魚片紅潤柔軟,配上金黃酥脆嘅三文魚天婦羅口感好豐富🍣 醋飯軟糯唔鬆散,加埋香辣醬夠曬惹味,一口一件好滿足🫶🏼

呢到所有串燒都係即叫即燒,上檯時仲熱辣辣🔥 雞腎同雞軟骨質感脆而不靭,微微嘅焦香滋味十足😋 牛舌軟嫩中帶嚼勁,富有濃郁嘅肉汁💦
I got the Ox Tongue, Chicken Kidney and Chicken Cartilage Skewers. They were all made to order, which were sizzling hot and so flavourful.

龍蝦湯海鮮拉麵

呢個就係其中一個主菜嘅選擇,未食已經聞到撲鼻嘅龍蝦香🦞以多隻龍蝦熬製成嘅湯底超級濃稠,將甘甜濃厚嘅精華蓋滿每條拉麵🍜 裡面仲加左海帶絲同粒粒蝦肉,鮮味爆燈🌊
The ramen was topped with seaweed and shrimp, bathed in an aromatic and viscous soup filled with the sweet and savoury essence of lobster.

最後甜品方面叫左水果拼盤同紅豆抹茶雪糕,質素好有驚喜🍨 幼滑嘅抹茶雪糕中加左超多甜蜜嘅紅豆,同甘苦嘅茶香取得平衡🍵 呢種甜苦兼具嘅感覺令人上癮😜
For desserts, I got their fruit platter and matcha red bean ice cream. The amount of red beans was insane, which perfectly balanced out the bitterness of matcha.
