最近收工,成日約朋友去居酒屋Chill下~而位於尖沙咀嘅南瀛水產,就係我哋其中一個幾鍾意嘅聚腳點。​勁鍾意餐廳嘅氣氛,長木餐牌、麻繩燈、深木色枱櫈、彩繪紙傘、字畫……古色古香,十足置身日本居酒屋般!至於食材,大部份魚鮮都日本直送,夠晒新鮮。除一系列刺身或壽司,仲有得食磯燒,好似活鮑魚、蜆、帶子或岩蠔等等,邊燒邊食,旅行回憶立即返晒嚟!​✦ 軟殼蟹沙律沙律水準發揮正常,其上仲有一大隻軟殼蟹,份量好足。​✦ 蚧味噌甲羅燒✦ 活鮑魚店內每張枱前仲有小型烤爐燒煮,點完海鮮,即有專人幫手燒熟,坐定定就有好西食,正。呢度嘅甲羅燒鮮味濃重,不過偏鹹,撈飯食會更滋味!至於鮑魚,上枱嗰下仲識郁,燒時店員又會剪走鮑魚唔食得嘅嘴部,又爽又多汁,好正!🤤​✦ 黑松露鰻魚卷喺燒得香口嘅鰻魚下,係包咗黑松露嘅飯卷,味道幾好。​✦ 東瀛五點盛5款刺身包括三文魚、帶子、甜蝦、吞拿魚及鯛魚,均厚切送上,食完好滿足!​✦ 野菜烏冬唔係出面食,食得出路牌靚烏冬,幾彈牙!野菜就無咩特別,正正常常。​✦ 紫菜海膽天掃羅用紫菜將海膽包好,再炸,工序多多,食時海膽在口中爆開,微暖,一試難忘!​
