To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 常常惠顧這烏冬店,因為價錢不貴,卻有極舒適的卡位,你更可在訂座時要求卡位,通常都可獲安排的﹗我覺得很適合三至四位友人聚會呢﹗柑桔蜜(HK$18)﹕味兒夠濃得來酸甜適中,讚﹗照燒雞扒讚岐手打烏冬(HK$42)﹕雞扒表皮煎得略脆,醬汁夠惹味,肉質亦不會太乾。烏冬一貫的夠嚼勁,以HK$42的價錢有大大碗烏冬再加份量不少的雞扒,我覺得很超值了。鐵板牛柳粒蕃茄湯讚岐手打烏冬(HK$52)﹕湯底有濃濃的蕃茄味,令人吃過後非常醒神,牛柳粒則一般吧,以這個價錢加上這個環境,我滿意了﹗吉列咖喱薯餅(HK$20)﹕外層夠脆,內裡卻保留薯仔的軟軟質感,絕不會太乾,加上香濃咖喱汁實在惹味﹗讚﹗這裡的服務員都十分有禮,若可以多點主動添茶則更好﹗
