To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 《食左當去左系列》繼續沒有旅行既日子，最大娛樂就係不斷搵各國既風味菜，今次選擇人流好多既班蘭印尼餐廳，最近仲有抗疫menu, 好味又抵食!menu有好多選擇，心大心細，淨係飯已經有4款（班蘭飯/黃薑飯/椰香飯/白飯），配菜由牛肉、雞、蝦、炸魚等既配搭，於是做唔到決定既2個人就叫左咩都有d既飯印尼四大天王（$78+$15轉左班蘭飯），首先班蘭飯味好出，面頭再鋪上炸蒜，配菜係有咖喱雞，沙甸魚，沙嗲雜菜，巴東牛肉，每一款都好岩送飯，每一款都好入味!薑黃雜錦尖搭飯（$68） ~呢碟飯一樣都有4款配菜，有款類似辣豆腐干，花生魚干仔，炸雞，巴東牛肉，每款都好惹味，巴東牛肉夠淋身，炸雞亦好juicy，份量好多好滿足碎壓黃豆餅（$38）~ 一共有4件，黃豆餅係印尼既一款傳統小食，好重黃豆味而有豐富蛋白質，呢度係以炸既形式，每一啖都有實實在在豆味，亦都好飽肚~雪芳班蘭蛋糕（$15）~蛋糕鬆軟潤滑，有陣陣蛋香，每件都幾大，2個人share都可以，味道同質素可能勝過Singapore 機場既專門店!飲品選擇左珍多冰（$28）+ 凍印尼即磨咖啡（$28）~珍多冰椰奶香，夠足料，每啖都啜到綠色條條~而即磨咖
