熊本縣產A5和王牛:呢款A5等級嘅和王牛🐃已經係日本🇯🇵攞咗5年🐃🐃獎杯🏆,所以質素有一定保證。今次,👧🏻草根妹妹點咗3成熟,心情有少少緊張👉🏻👈🏻,原因係怕牛肉好生,不過睇👀在係高級A5和牛份上,決心一試💪🏻。😌結果再次證明👧🏻草根妹妹嘅決定係王道✨,由於和牛🐃脂肪比例較高,肉嘅份量較少,所以即使3成熟,都唔會出現血淋淋嘅狀態。🐃和牛入囗慢慢係囗腔融化😍,肉質軟腍,💁🏻‍♀建議大家可以試一試原味,再點下嚟自喜瑪拉雅山岩鹽😍,講真牛加上少少鹽調味已經好完美❤❤❤!如果你地怕膩可以點下解膩嘅酸汁嫁~

蟹膏炒飯(日本產米):炒飯內有蟹膏🦀、蛋🍳、洋蔥&紅蘿蔔🥕碎粒。老實講比起其他菜色炒飯有點失色,味道偏淡。由於🦀蟹膏份量較少,所以蟹膏味道不太突出。不過,👨🏻‍🍳廚師都將米飯炒得粒粒分明🍴,口感乾身。

清酒煮蜆:煮蜆湯🥣都好似煮到表演咁👏🏻,好壯觀✨!🍶清酒經過高温烹煮後,酒精揮發哂,飲落暖胃而舒服😌,兩個字:享受!原來真係冇乜期望煮湯過後嘅蜆肉好食,點知蜆肉肉質仲好滑👍🏻,味道鮮甜!
