To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期三到街市買東西,天氣熱,三點多籦,想飲下午茶,但長洲慣例星期三很多食肆都休息,就去了這裡。其他不說了,我們點了下午茶餐,跟咖啡。咖啡上來,一喝,淡而無味,問侍應,答”即磨咖啡係甘嘎“,我說”即磨咖啡吾係甘嘎“。她不理我,走開。之後她經過,我說”你吾打算換過比我?“她搖頭,走開。之後埋單,要多收2元,我問點解,收銀話”即磨咖啡”多收2元!“,我說餐牌無寫”,她說人人都知。我吵了幾句,最後比錢走人...
